- 단기적으로 물가 안정세가 이어질 것으로 보이는 만큼, 내수 회복을 위해 통화 긴축 정책은 지속적으로 완화하라고 권고함
- 다주택 또는 투기지역에 부동산을 보유한 채무자에게 적용하는 엄격한 담보인정비율은 유지하되, 주택 실수요를 지원하기 위해 생애 첫 주택 구입에 대한 담보인정비율 정상화를 고려해야 한다고 제언함
- 재정정책에 대해서는 불확실한 경제 상황에서 대응력을 높이기 위해 재정준칙 법제화 등 재정규율을 강화하는 한편, 세입 확충과 지출 효율화 등 재정의 지속가능성을 확보해야 한다고 언급함
